What brought you to Albanova?

My friendship and respect for Giorgio has a long-standing history: not only do I admire his strictly professional approach, but also - and most importantly - we share fundamental human values like honesty, transparency and loyalty. When I was asked by an important phone services company to design and implement a project in the field of home telephony, I instinctively contacted Giorgio and asked him to undertake a new path together; his response was immediate and affirmative.

Why Albanova today?  

Over the last seventeen years our crew has grown up with me, going through a lot of challenges; some defeats, but also a lot of victories and countless satisfactions. Today we feel ready for a further step forward, making ourselves known better.

Outside Albanova?

Home sweet home, relaxing while watching some tv series surrounded by great jazz music. 

What brought you to Albanova?

I founded Albanova because I wished to work with Paolo and to start a project with him. We had long been collaborating in a company which had us playing the main part in many innovative projects, then we parted just to finally reunite when the moment came to realise our dreams, hitting the road again after shipwrecking in cold ice.

Why Albanova today? 

I want Albanova to be consistently solid and untroubled; we’ve always put to use our know-how in the major groups’ production processes and now our mission is making the company’s potential known directly and guaranteeing a long lasting future for Albanova.

Outside Albanova?

I’m very keen on alpinism. It’s a family thing: in my office I keep my father’s rope and ice axe, and my slogan is: “better to challenge the clouds at the top of the mountain, rather than bleating with the herd in the fertile valley” (from Giosuè Carducci, Levia Gravia, II Book, ndr) and I stick to it by climbing anytime I can, despite being 70. 

What brought you to Albanova?

I have more than twenty years’ experience in the Information Technology field, having worked in companies such as Olivetti, IBM, Logika Italia, Arpa&Cards, Polaroid, other than in the cards area. Here I met Giorgio Galli, who eagerly got me into this project. 

 

Why Albanova today? 

Albanova has become my second home, and I wish to contribute to its gaining wider recognition. I strongly believe that this company shall evolve from sourcing top players to supplying firsthand small and large companies, making itself known directly on the market with its brand and know-how.

Outside Albanova?

I often go for a walk with Mimmo and I read, basically anything and anywhere. 

What brought you to Albanova?

I started twenty years ago with Giorgio, Paolo and some of my old colleagues in another company, where I had applied on advice of a former classmate of mine. Once that experience was over I worked at the hospital until I got a phone call from China: it was the two of them. They were here on business, but they wanted to call me right away and ask me whether I wanted to join Albanova.

Why Albanova today? 

Because here I can find professionalism, humbleness and loyalty. Here people come first, and we are able to accomplish great things together.

Outside Albanova?

I usually spend my spare time with my daughters and my husband, with whom I also volunteer in “Intensivamente Insieme”, an organisation that supports mothers whose children have been admitted to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. 

What brought you to Albanova?

I got here almost by accident. I come from Salerno, Campania: I went to Milan to study, but since I got there I had to find a job in order to earn a living. I met Giorgio Galli in the company where I used to work, then when he started Albanova he got me involved in this new adventure.

Why Albanova today?  

Because of the humanity I sense in the workplace.

Outside Albanova?

I’m a full time dad. 

What brought you to Albanova?

My brother in law used to work in the field: he got me started. Then I met Paolo Dagradi and Giorgio Galli, who chose me for this project.

Why Albanova today? 

Because we’re all friends and we easily get along.

Outside Albanova?

I have to admit it: I do the least I can. 

What brought you to Albanova?

I’ve known the owners forever. We’re a generation that’s been working in this field for a long time, however I joined Albanova a while later than some of my colleagues, although our paths have crossed multiple times. Today though, I wish for my career to end in this place.

Why Albanova today? 

Because of the familiar relationship: we get along well both professionally and personally. Nowadays this is such an important value in the employment market.

Outside Albanova?

Much family time, and some outdoor activity. 

What brought you to Albanova?

After graduating in electronics I came across this field by working in the devices maintenance area and improving more and more my software knowledge.

Why Albanova today? 

What I like about Albanova is its versatility, the job is never boring. There’s a lot of variety among products and materials and I can put my competence to use by participating firsthand in the process. 

​

Outside Albanova?

I’m a fan of running, I even train for marathons.  

What brought you to Albanova? 

I came here after Romano saw me at the shelter. In fact, I come from the Altamura League of Dogs, where I was found with both my front legs broken. 

​

Why Albanova today?  

My task is vital: I welcome hosts, I examine them with my nose and I try to bring relaxation and inspiration to the workplace, significantly increasing productivity.

Outside Albanova?

I take Romano out for long walks, every morning and every night.
